We helped an Automotive Ecommerce Website to improve ROAS by 102.15% within 5 months.

March 12, 2026

Background :

BPNorthwest is a leading ecommerce website selling British auto parts online for the luxury cars segment. The client’s ad account missed many parts due to poor optimization. The Google Merchant Center also lacked a polished listing.

Goal:

The client had a past experience with an agency giving poor returns on Google ads. They came with an expectation to reduce the cost per lead and the monthly ad spend. The most important action was to sort 10k+ products according to category and label into respective ad groups.

Approach:

After identifying the loopholes in the campaign, we optimized its targeting settings with respect to location, time and audiences. Later to achieve the better sales objective, we added 11 more search campaigns and 1 new brand campaign. We also added more callouts, sitelinks and promotion assets to create urgency in users. This helped in improving the CTR and conversions, resulting in a large number of sales.

  • Daily checks of negative keywords were incorporated. This reduced spending on irrelevant impressions and clicks.
  • Completely changed the bidding strategy to Max. Conversion Value with a specific t.ROAS by learning the ad history.
  • The keywords that dropped ranking from SERP were added to an all new campaign.
  • Suggesting ‘Black Friday Sale’ and ‘Freedom Week’ helped beat the competitors over keywords and CPCs.
  • Weekly checks of bad URLs, out-of-stock products and top-selling products were taken into consideration.
